Going beyond the limits

in silicon wafers production

Research & Development

Increasing the diameter, decreasing the defects

It is widely observed that increasing the size of silicon ingot goes in one hand with the defect rate. Aspiring to increase the possible diameter of pure monocrystal with no or ignorable defects, our R&D plan aims to enhance the methods to observe and control the origination of impurities throughout the entire production process.

Two directions of the research

Striving for maximum precision and efficiency in the process of silicon wafers production, our research heads both ways, onwards from monocrystal silicon ingots towards the highest possible quality silicon wafers ready to meet every technical requirement and backwards to producing ultra pure silicon from raw materials.

Cutting production time

Considering the growing demands of microelectronic industry, decreasing the production time while keeping the quality of high performance silicon monocrystal is set to be one of our R&D plan's key objectives.
